Nutrition Counseling and Supervision in NYC

Hello! I am Navika Gangrade, PhD, RD. I am a Registered Dietitian with a PhD in nutrition. Based in New York City, I see a variety of clients, with a specific focus on those hoping to recover from disordered eating or eating disorders. I also provide supervision to dietitians training to work with eating disorders. Lastly, I have significant experience guest speaking and lecturing at webinars, conferences, and group settings.
